For many years an industrial enterprise has been insuring its property which was the basis of the Company’s functioning in one of the leading Polish insurance companies. During this period, that is, several years, there were no claims! In 2009 the Client called for tenders and the invitation was accepted by the current insurer, as well as, competitive insurance companies. During negotiations it turned out that the current insurer had submitted a tender that significantly exceeded the Client’s budget which was all the more unsatisfying with regard to no claims record. The other companies did not submit tenders. The Client cancelled the tender and looked for other possibilities of insuring the production property through a broker.

For this purpose, the Client had arranged a contest, as a result of which our solution gained recognition. After we had decided to tender, we analysed loss record, as well as, possibilities of creating appropriate insurance agreement offered by Polish and international markets. Based on the analysis, we found possibilities of cost reduction while preserving the previous insurance terms. Therefore, we were able to submit an offer which turned out to be 2 million zlotys cheaper per year than the previous insurer’s tender. As a result, when the Client had signed a three-year agreement, he saved 6 million zlotys on premiums.
