A commerce and logistics enterprise was in possession of one central storehouse and several local ones. Due to the specific storehouses’ construction which was hardly acceptable for Polish insurers, the potential costs of a new policy would be much higher. Additionally, as a result of increase in property insurance rates, the offer presented by the previous broker was seven times more expensive than the current one (raise from 400,000.00 PLN to 2,8 million PLN) and limited in terms of maximum compensation to 1/20 of the possible loss value.

The Client decided to look for other brokers who would offer more favourable conditions. In consequence of an organised contest, we were able to provide a solution comprising international reinsurance, thus, the offered terms were accepted by the Client. Ultimately, the premium was three times higher than the current one however insurance agreement covered 100% of the possible loss value.
